“We had a comfortable stay. The staff are helpful. Good breakfast, the croissant and bagel are must try. About 15 to 20 minutes walk to the Old Port.”

“Front entry is very dirty, bad first impression right away. Room was not cleaned properly at all. There is no front desk but I did receive texts each day from someone on the staff. I responded about the dissatisfactory cleaning and they assured me that the room will be cleaned the following day which it was. Hôtel was fine but could be kept up better. Great location, walking distance to Old Quebec is about 30 minutes.”

“The building is in an ideal location and just a ten minute walk to Vieux Quebec. The apartment has a well equipped kitchen and there was plenty of storage space for our clothing and shoes. The 1-ply toilet paper was not ideal. A small table in the tv area would be very helpful for placing coffee mugs and glasses. Instructions for getting our apartment key and the key for the parking access were very helpful and easy to understand.”

“The location was about 15 min to historic Quebec City and we enjoyed walking there. Apartment was new and bright and reasonably well equiped. The staff were helpful. We stayed in Spt. 301 and the cleaners had not done a great job. Bedside tables and lamps were visibly dusty and bath tub edges were really dirty (where bathtub and tiles meet). Also place was opposite a safe injection site, wuth lots of patients hanging around. We didn't feel safe walking back at night and always took an Uber.……

“Awful experience. Construction at 7:15 AM leaves a bad taste in your mouth, especially when the hotel deny construction was happening just outside our window.”

“Great location; close to Old Quebec City. Lots of restaurants close by. The apartment is clean. Bed was comfy. Shower was good. Had a small issue with the water when we first arrived, but it was fine the next morning. The staff at checking was very good to deal with.”
