「Awful experience. Construction at 7:15 AM leaves a bad taste in your mouth, especially when the hotel deny construction was happening just outside our window.」

「I reserved at 5 pm for that night, and it was not clear that if I arrived after 8 pm (I arrived very late around 11 pm), I would need to let them know "48Hours ahead of time", which was obviously impossible. There is NO reception desk, I never got any kind of code to access the building, and spent 30 minutes trying to find an email or message with the information and trying to find SOMEONE to call for help. 「Great location. Despite being on the street and next to the hotel Concorde it was quiet. Separate access to the hotel on the second floor from the restaurant and the cigar lounge on the main floor. Easy walk to the plains of abraham, Rue Cartier, the national assembly and the city walls. Right on the Grande Alle with many restaurants at the hotel and inside the city walls. Valet parking available for your car. Hotel staff was good, every room has access to the balcony at the front of the hotel...

「Great location; close to Old Quebec City. Lots of restaurants close by. The apartment is clean. Bed was comfy. Shower was good. Had a small issue with the water when we first arrived, but it was fine the next morning. The staff at checking was very good to deal with.」
