"The property was well kept and secured! I was traveling with my family for my son's farewell vacation prior to heading out for college... The kitchen set up was perfect for breakfast's prior to heading out for the day. There is a small grocery store on the road headed out toward the main road which was also very convenient for all of our needs! I would definitely look to forward to booking this space again if I'm on this side of the Island again."

"The rudest receptionist around and no manager in site for days. My husband speaks Spanish I do not. I’m working on learning the language. I asked my husband when we were waiting at the desk, why he was upset. He proceeded to tell me in English that he was upset because there was no parking in the front for guests and we had to park back in the employee parking the receptionist busted into our conversation, demanded that my husband treat her with respect because he can’t talk about the hotel that way. when he wasn’t even talking to her or being rude to her. Until this point. Then they proceeded to speak to me in Spanish and ignore my husband. Oh and by the way, guess who we saw getting into her white vehicle, parked in front of the hotel the rude receptionist. The room also had no wash rags when I requested two wash rags and an extra blanket after a day. We finally received the wash rags. The main pool by the side is very cloudy and was for the two days that we were there. A smaller pool in the back is a very nice pool, but they really need to clean it more than once a day it’s covered with floating leaves and debris. I usually let a lot of things go this I will not let go because of how rude inconsiderate the receptionist was."

"The place is beautiful, and based on the pictures, it looked like a family-friendly place, which is why I booked it for my wife, our one-year-old child, and me. However, our room was located directly across from the live music stage. The live music continued until 11 p.m., which made it very difficult for our baby to fall asleep. While we enjoyed the appearance of the property, this made the stay challenging for us as a family with a young child."

"Absolutely gorgeous place nestled in lush green forested mountains 😊 I was absolutely in my element staying here - as were all the other guests I spoke with. I had no desire to leave the site during my stay - for me this was the perfect place to just “be”. I loved the communal areas, my room and my decking with its perfectly located hammock …… to enjoy the views, the sounds, the birds and the stars. I also enjoyed the morning yoga class both days of my stay - perfect way to start the day. The staff were wonderful - super friendly and helpful. And the food is DELICIOUS 😋 I would stay here again in a heartbeat 😍"

"Lo único que me gustó fue el clima. Sería bueno mejorar la iluminación, áreas comunes con pobre iluminación. Cabañas sucias y telas de arañas. Falta de toallas para manos y cara. Desayuno a lo confinado. Menú único para todos sin opción. La atención en el mostrador pobre, con muy pocos deseos de atender al huésped. Falta de asesoramiento en cuanto dónde ir o que visitar."
