“Many thanks to Frederico and staff for a wonderful stay at Casa Villa Gardenia! Everyone was so helpful with directions and recommendations. There is a grocery store nearby with reasonable prices and lovely pizzeria where we went for a lovely dinner. The breakfast served was very substantial. Clean rooms with modern bathroom. Great area, close to train to Venice. Would stay there again!”

“furniture is a bit old but acceptable, have welcome snack and drinks nice breakfast the view is quite nice, can overlook one of the canels in Venice Reasonable price for an overnight experience in Venice Recommended! “Location is fantastic. We had a room with 2 Juliette balconies and it was great to look down on a busy gondola route right below. A few steps from St Marks Sq. Close to shops and amenities. Only negatives were that it needed small bits of maintenance like the lock on door and some TLC on the bathroom. Bed was comfortable and shower worked well. ”

“From our arrival at the hotel our stay was perfect! We were greeted with a smile and a glass of Prosecco to celebrate my husband’s birthday. The room was airy and spotlessly clean, with two tall windows onto the street. The hotel is near to restaurants and shops, but really quiet at night. It’s also within easy walk of all the sights, museums and churches. I would recommend a stay, and would definitely return to Venice and this hotel.”

Umberto was kind and responsive, as well as the young man who made breakfast…a great “North American” style breakfast of fresh scrambled eggs and bacon, along with fresh baked croissants! You are within walking distance of every major tourist site as well. ”
