「The rooms need updated, the pool is small The front desk lady and cleaning ppl were all very nice They need to figure out parking it’s terrible Parking a block over in a dark lot it’s not safe or convenient We were on the first floor which was ocean front but I’m used to being higher up floor」

「The staff was very friendly and the balcony was nice but other than that it was terrible. The room was so old, out dated, smelled bad and felt gross. The sheets very clean but other than that there was a leak coming from the ceiling, the shower & bath tub were dirty and dingy and things were falling apart. I guess it’s what you pay for but I would strongly discourage you from staying here. You will likely regret it.」

「Paid for 2 bedroom suite. What we got was a 1 bedroom with a second room that was connected in the same corridor. It did not work well for my family.」

「They advertised an "indoor swimming pool". However, after they received my payment for hotel holds. Had I known that the pool was closed, I would have secured another hotel.」

「The location of the room was not good. It was above the garage exit. The second floor looked unsafe. The balcony door could not be closed and was broken.」

「I took my dog to the beach and stayed at this hotel. I would highly recommend dog owner to consider Hyatt for a stay by the beach. The staff here is very dog friendly. 」

「My wife and I stayed at the Sandcastle last September and everything went well At our recent stay in May,the first morning I tried to make coffee but the coffee maker was broken Because it was early no staff was able to get us a new one until housekeeping came in They did bring us a new one as soon as someone got in but to late to have coffee before we went to breakfast The room is dated and the balcony overlooking the beach was very dirty The worst part of our stay was that 2 mornings our room...

「The staff was great very friendly, nice place to stay. Only issue I had was the bathroom shower the faucet was broken, and the room was very dusty. Housekeeping needs to do a better job with the cleaning. The bathroom lights and sink area were full of a thick amount of dust. Other than that it was a nice place to stay.」

「Very clean, great access to the beach. The staff working the parking booth are not very helpful and sort of rude. Main issue is the bed, some a king bed that is quite a bit smaller than a king bed, terribly uncomfortable.」
