“Quiet and calm environment. I've never been to La Connor but would absolutely want to come back after my visit at the Wild Iris Inn, I was here for work so only stayed one night, I did not want to leave. Onsite staff upgraded my room, breakfast was lovely. All the small details made the stay - place to set things down outside of room to make it easier to enter, lighted make up mirror, bathrobe, turning on music and lighting in my room prior to entry. Staff made sure to say good bye to me.”

This is a shared house so there are animals and people around you very homey. All individuals and pets were very welcoming but had boundaries. You have your own room and bathroom/shower. You are welcome to share kitchen living room and outdoor space Coffee was made in am and breakfast items are available to eat, you can even use the washing machine and dryer. We enjoyed……

“We were lock out of our room for over 4 hours and tried to get ahold of someone to re program our room door code and couldn’t get ahold of anyone so we went to the next door neighbor and it just happened to be the property manager. This is why I’m not giving an excellent review since we were unable to get into our room for over 4 hours and had to sit in our car since the weather was cloudy, rainy and cold. Other than that we were happy with the room overall.”

“This is a most unique and enjoyable b&b. The property is beautifully restored and maintained and extremely comfortable. The owners, Ken and Candi, are very much involved in the running of this delightful b&b and were instrumental in making my wife and my stay a weekend event and not just a place to stay for the night. Location is great in Ilwaco. It’s within walking distance of restaurants and is in a central location to take advantage of the entire Long Beach, Cape Disappointment area. ……
