"Arrived via The Tube to Terminal 5 International, the ramp connecting the hotel was right there, short walk. Easy to find, great signage!! After traveling all day, was great to have dinner & drink choices in the hotel. The rooms were very comfortable! Unfortunately, we weren’t there long enough to use the services they offered."

"We stayed at the beginning and end of our holiday and parked in the T5 Pod car park. The hotel is good value for money. We had breakfast included in our booking which had plenty of variety and the hot food was piping hot."

"The room was clean and the staff were very helpful. The room overlooked the take off runway but we could not hear the noise at all from the planes."

"We stayed in an excite room and it was well metaines and like new. The room had everything we needed. The house keeping staff were lovely. All reception staff whom we spoke to were polite and professional. We used the pool which was great and our child enjoyed it a lot. You just need to book a swimming slot slightly in advance on the same day. Breakfast was English breakfast only but was fine for us. Not lots of variety for our child who eats limited items, but would be fine for other kids."
