"Awesome staff and amenities!"

"Even though the suite was not designed as a handicapped suite, the staff was proactive and attentive to the adjustments that would help. I got a call ahead of time confirming that I would be able to use the designated suite. They added a hand-held shower extender to the shower, so that I could use it. The only thing that would have helped more was a shower chair, so that I could sit in the shower area. They received and held a couple of Amazon packages that I bought to provide a toilet seat...

"The building is very nice and doormen are very pleasant. I rented this space because the pictures depicted a ‘luxury’ apartment , leather sofa and chair, balcony with table and chair, and floor to ceiling windows. I even reached out to VRBO before my arrival to confirm that all the above were accurately described. The response was to ‘revert to the VRBO website and pics’. Upon arrival, the room, linens, dishes, glasses were clean BUT….the room flooring, baseboards, walls, bathroom mirror,...
