「Its a shared bathroom and isn’t listed like that, Room 1, the bedding was used and the pillow case had blood on it, the pillows are over worn and just lumpy the walls have mould on them and the second wall is in very poor repair with white paint splashed on over grey paint, the floorboards has big gaps between them, the bathroom has a wrap wound curtain where you can barely stand without the curtains touching you that are also very tired, the doors have big gaps and the windows don’t close...

「No one took care of our check in. We waited for the staff to come for an hour in the rain but still no one showed up. Finally he guided on the phone to get in the apartment. This is ridiculous! The kitchenwares were all very dirty which couldn't be used if we didn't wash it ourselves. But there was no detergent provided. The washing machine and the toaster were very so dirty that we didn't try to use them. However the cleaning charge of £50 was still charged! We asked the staff to come twice...

「The concept is phenomenal; the location can't be beat. Exit Dean Street off the Elizabeth Line (Tottenham Ct) and the hotel is a block away. The pod beds were comfortable and everything was spotless, safe and well appointed. BUT, a few comments to help future travelers. It's VERY difficult using the QR code to enter the pods. 「The location is exceptional, situated in close proximity to Paddington station. However, I was unaware that every underground pass causes the entire room to vibrate. It is possible that this is due to my room being situated on the ground floor. Additionally, my room is conveniently located near a coffee machine. Even when guests check in at 1:00 AM, the reception staff remains remarkably friendly and provides directions to the coffee machine. Furthermore, I am able to hear all conversations...
