"We had a pleasant stay here! Staff were friendly and our room and amenities are very clean. Location was also convenient. It’s walking distance to many places in downtown and very easy to get rideshare/taxi service right outside of the property. "

"This was our first time in Chicago and when I say me and my cousin had a wonderful trip it all started on the first guy we meet. He checked us in and was able to upgrade or room for our Anniversary ! The room was amazing , very spacious and beautiful views . Even for the balconies was closed it was still everything we expected and more . The staff is so nice and greets you ever time they see you. Anytime I needed anything within 2 mins there was there with it . This is The BEST HOTEL I EVER STAYED IN. "

"Room was as described, small but efficient. Linens and bathroom were clean. Elevators were inconsistent, but on the third floor, that was not an issue. Bar had nice cocktails and servers, as well as a good brunch. Great location too. Gym was small and not well ventilated. "
