I rated the hotel so poorly because I feel like it was not worth the money. They nickel and dime everything. It was $100 just to park for two nights! The parking garage was disgusting and so was the elevator. You would think for $100, they could at least power wash the stairs or the elevator. You have to use an app to pay and it was such a headache because it was charging every time we go in and out even though I paid for the whole day, the nicest most useful person was the valet guy. When checking in, we were informed that the cell phone service is terrible, but you have to pay $15 a day for Wi-Fi! You could sign up to become a Bonvoy member and get it free, but even after doing that, the Wi-Fi still didn’t work! The room was nice enough, no-frills and smelled like old man body odor. Every single time we would come through the door I would say, “It smells like BO in here.” we have called the lobby because we were having trouble and the older Asian lady that worked there was so rude. I would not recommend this hotel nor would I ever stay there again.

Valet parking cost was high and no self parking available. Breakfast choices limited. Rooms too far apart. Hallways were dark and scary.

Room was clean and the staff were very friendly. The location is close to lots of restaurants, cafes, and transit.
