La atención de Sara en recepción fue espectacular. Fue muy amable, siempre dispuesta a ayudar y dar recomendaciones para el disfrute de la estadía. Excelente atención y servicio. La habitación estaba limpia y muy cómoda. El desayuno estuvo bien, aunque me quedé en el hotel el año pasado y esperábamos que fuera como en el 2025 que el desayuno era bufet. Hubiera deseado que dentro del menú de esta estadía me permitieran añadir pancakes y avena, aunque no fuera ilimitado.

I booked ocean view through Expedia which to my surprise meant an ocean view tower which you can look in the corner to see a partial view of the ocean. The hotel told me that I would have to pay $250 more a night for a true ocean view. The suites are the only rooms with true ocean views I was told. Staff was extremely nice and professional and I appreciate them alllowing me to book elsewhere after the first day when learning this information. I do believe they need to be more transparent about their room features.

Beautiful, large resort property located in Rio Grande! Beach is gorgeous, pools are well-maintained, rooms were very clean, and all staff that we encountered were lovely. As with many vacation destinations, food and beverage is pretty pricey, and dining off-property is not easy without taxi/ride share or rental car. However, options on property were plentiful and everything was tasty. Would recommend this spot to others!
