We had a great time. I went with four kids ages 18, 15, 12and eight.
So basically, the hotel is under construction. There was a lot of areas that you could hear construction going on and I did read about it before I went and it really did not take away from the experience, but you could tell what’s going on. Then towards the last night that we were there the main area where they do a lot of the night shows it was completely closed down while they were doing renovations. Also, the teens club was closed down so it is not open at the moment, they are renovating it so the kids were allowed to go basically to like the adult section at night where the pool table is and hang out there. My kids made tons of friends. They just met up at the pool and hung out in other areas like the café and walked around, but there is not one designated teens area open at the moment if that’s something that’s important to you.
The people were great. The servers by the pool were amazing the team that’s doing the activities at the pool are fun and engaging and that part of the trip I have no complaints on everything was great. There was always something to eat for everyone. Yes, they could’ve had more variety at the buffet, but I think in general, we were OK with what they offered. This was my third time in Mexico and my kids had no complaints at all. I as well enjoyed my time.
Overall we had a great time.

El hotel es hermoso, limpio, y elegante. Los empleados todos todos muy amables. Le quiero dar las gracias en especial a Erika de conserje por ser tan paciente y amable. Por tomarse el tiempo de resolver unos pequeños obstáculos que se presentaron. Al staff de kids club por siempre recibir a mi niño con amabilidad y cuidar de él muy bien. Gracias al hotel por recibirnos con tanta amabilidad de principio a fin.
