"We had an amazing time at the Venetian, mainly due to the kindness of staff, including Chelsea, Tracy and Valentina. "Very helpful staff at Reception/Concierge provided useful advise to use the hotel's free shuttle to Macau Ferry Terminal where there are also many free shuttles services to hotels which are in the city and within walking distance of St Paul's Ruins and also to the other landmark hotels. Saved us a lot of taxi fares. "

"Read a lot of reviews before making the decision of staying at the Ritz-Carlton and I am 200% happy with our stay with 53rd floor lounge access. The lounge provides 5 meal/drink services from breakfast to after dinner drinks and everyone on this floor is extra nice especially Molly, Allan and Lila My family and I will not stay anywhere else in Macau now. ++++recommend!"
