“Our first time here. Very nice looking facility, entertainment and most staff really friendly and helpful. Lobby check in and out staff not so friendly (kind of rude and in a hurry to get me out). Food was bland and burgers were burnt, buffets had a nice variety of food choices. Family was happy overall. ”

“Super clean, all around a great resort, super modern/sleek. Great service. Totally worth upgrading to the xhale rooms. Top notch drinks and views are amazing. The only two complaints: the temperature inside the resort (it's like the North Pole inside) and dinner food isn't good (fancy names but fail to deliver). Overall would return, the vibe at the hotel was just right and the pool parties were great. The beach is also super beautiful.”

“Muy bonito el lugar, con opciones de actividades como Ping pong, hockey de mesa, tenis, shows. Solo tenían un elevador en el edificio 3 y mi habitación en el último piso y del otro lado y con mi esposa embarazada eso fue un problema. Servicio a la habitación limitado pero muy eficientes. No hay máquinas de hielo y agua pero puedes llamar y pedir lleven a la habitación. Meseras en la alberca muy atentas y amables. ”
