"This place is fun, the staff is excellent!! I can’t say enough good things about the staff, they work so hard to make you feel good and have a great time. They are friendly and quickly respond to your every need and remember you!! The other guests are also so friendly. We had a great time. As someone with extremely bad knees, I have a congenital disorder so I’ve never known what it means to walk without pain, it’s probably my only complaint. Cancun does not seem to understand what handicapped...

"My wife and I traveled with our 12 and 15 year olds. Had an ocean front room that was literally on the ocean which was beautiful. Food was good overall. Steak house, hibachi and Italian were all good. Standard/Good breakfast Buffett. We ate lunch at the grill that they have by the pool… has burgers, wood fire pizza etc. You can’t make dinner reservations until you get there. "We had a great time there. The restaurants would take Care of the room temperature. I tried the mexican, asian and steak restaurants. I think that asian would be better. The attendants are always on a hurry and it seems that service aren't the same standard as the other ones."

"My husband and I stayed at this resort 5/4/2024-5/10/2024 in a preferred club room. I didn’t see any preferred benefits, so If there is an up-charge for that I wouldn’t pay again.
