"We were headed to Santo Domingo for our stay, just inconvenient to go the opposite direction from where we needed to go but that was my own fault and not the properties as I should have viewed the map and location better. The roads were tight to get into to main office area as it's off the the far back side of the wall. We paid in advance, only to find out we had to pay a deposit for water usage on top! It was not mentioned on the Booking site."

Unfortunately, our arrival experience was not the best because we didn’t have the QR code to enter the property, and we spent about three hours trying to get into our unit. The jacuzzi also wasn’t working, which was disappointing. However, after that, everything was okay overall. It’s a highly secure place to stay in Punta Cana. "

"Unable to communicate with anyone from the property. You call and there is no response or email with communication on how to access the property. Even Expedia customer service could not reach the host. Would not recommend."
