“The room and the grounds were absolutely beautiful, but the property manager Jonel really made this experience perfect. He was professional, engaging, fun, and helped me with anything I needed. He also speaks 7 different languages, so he was able to communicate easily with every single guest. The breakfast was outstanding, the rooftop is beautiful. I can’t say enough about this place! I will definitely stay here again. ”

“I’m currently on my flight back home from my trip and honestly was very sad to leave today. I had a wonderful stay at the St. Regis Cap Cana- stayed from 1/19-1/23/26. The hotel is beautiful, very clean and the staff is truly wonderful - they are truly courteous and attentive. I know some reviews mentioned the lack of hot water in the shower but that issue seems to be fixed - there was plenty of hot water and the water pressure is great. I would say the only thing I think they would could……

“We were upgraded to premium and was a great experience, the buffet in the adult section was great and the pools , spa et great Beach is beautiful Plenty of water sports, we did the scuba with the dolphins which was great. Would come again!”
