"Very professional. All.of the staff were very neatly attired. They were polite and helpful including the staff in the kitchen and dining space. Food was excellent. The breakfast menu and setting was elaborate and very clean. Wish I could eat more. Would surely recommend this location to anyone who maybe interested. "

"This is a nice hotel pretty near to the Airport. Took us about 15-25 mts each way while coming from airport to hotel and the trip back to airport. Coming to hotel was in the afternoon so took longer because of traffic but not at all bad. The booking was handled by a lady at the front desk and whose name I have forgotten and I am sorry about that. She handled everything from booking the rooms, booking the van for airport pickup and also helped along with her team member to arrange for 2 cars back...

We had booked the room for whole night as we wanted to reach our relatives during daytime out of safety concerns. It was a confirmed reservation with credit card on file. "The hotel was good, clean and friendly. Especially for the low price, we would give it a very good rating. BUT it is 7 miles away from the airport and there is no shuttle! You have to pay for the taxi (they ordered it and it arrived at the requested time), about INR 700 for the trip to the airport, it is a 25 min ride at 2am. Not sure how long it would take at any other time. We would chose it again, you just have to factor in the distance to the airport. The hotel is across of Lakshmi...

"Pros- Well kept and clean to the dot. Spacious and well lit rooms. Well behaved staff. Well prepared food to order. Cons- felt a bit understaffed (but they did their best to cover for it). Suggestions - to add breakfast buffet, gym and laundry facilities if possible. "
