「請一定要預訂Deluxe Room價格沒有多多少。 Family Room空間小，加了床空間更擠，連行李都難攤開，另外請排除1樓的房間，浴缸瀉水超級不順。 這飯店的好處是它就在Victoria 列車站側門對面40秒，走路7分到巴士客運站(一日遊集合點)，後面街道有一整排餐廳都很棒。 走路也可以到白金漢宮，大笨鐘跟倫敦眼。」

「The cleanliness needs to be improved. Very disappointed to have found dirt marks and blood marks on the bed sheets and covers. No ice machines in the hotel so need to ask receptions to get ice everytime. And no refrigerator in the room. There's one fridge-like machine but it's not cold and the staff insisted it is mini-bar. So even the drinks inside are not cold.」

「High technologies provided in the room such as electrically operated adjustable bed level with massage function, electrical switch for moving the curtain, i-pad provision for use, handy smart phone for free use etc which I never encountered in all the hotel rooms I stayed in the past. It would be much more welcoming to guests if staff at reception expressed more smiles.」

「The hotel location is near Victoria Coach Station which takes less than 1 hour from Heathrow Airport by National Express bus. Good breakfast! Staffs are helpful.」

「Vi hadde en treroms. Fin leilighet, rent, god beliggenhet, passe i størrelse og hyggelig vaskepersonalet. Eneste minus var at kodelåsen ikke fungerte, så det var litt styr med å komme seg inn, og det var litt klønete med nøkkelen. Men dette er bare pirk. Veldig fint opphold og kan anbefales 😊」

「This property was described as having recently undergone refurbishment, but the work was still on-going. Damp wall with peeling paint, broken and missing window blinds, broken shower and thick cobwebs in several rooms. Not somewhere we will be booking again.」

「The apartment is convenient to transportation. We mainly spent evenings/nights in the apartment to rest, bathe, and sleep. The cold water faucet in the bathroom was broken and we had to wash hands and teeth in the kitchen sink or bathtub. The mattresses were everything but comfortable. The springs left us hurting each day we were there. We arrived two hours after check-in time and the cleaning person was still vacuuming. Location is a plus, comfort is a negative for this property.」
