「When we checked in our A/C was out and it was 85 degrees in our room. Staff was very quick and efficient with immediately moving us to a new upgraded room. We received a grocery delivery while we were there and the front desk had it brought to our door before I even knew the order had been delivered. We always enjoy our stay at the Westin. 「They have issues with getting rooms ready by 4 PM check in. This is my first and last time I will ever stay there. I checked at 1:30 PM to see if my room was ready and it wasn’t, dropped my stuff off came back at 3 PM and still not ready, had to point out to them it was 3:54 PM since they want to say check in is not till 4 PM that’s when they decided to move my room.
