「Can’t say enough about this resort. 5 stars. From its location, amenities, service teams everything was fantastic. I think my only complaint would be confusion over dinner reservations. If you are not eating at the buffet you will need guest services to make dinner reservations for you. They must be made min 24 hours before and fill up quickly. We weren’t advised this during check in. I recommend to visit guest services to make all your dinner reservations sane day as check in.」

「The resort is gorgeous and the staff are amazing. The food was good, not as many choices due to low season but well made. The beach was inundated with seaweed, but workers worked tirelessly to remove it and make it usable for guests.」

「This was an incredible stay. We travelled with a 3mo and the staff was super accommodating and helpful. We felt very welcomed, comfortable and safe. Loved this property. The room was clean, food was nice, the pool was super fun with lots of activities throughout the day and a family friendly environment. My only tip would be to go to the buffet early so you don't have to worry about lineups. Even though we got to the buffet late a few times, it wasn't too bad. Would definitely recommend」

「The facility was not accommodating to handicapped customers. There was no room service and I had to ask permission to bring food to my room for my mother who could not walk from the lobby to the restaurant. There was no wheelchair available for her. The air conditioning did not work that well. The staff was friendly and they did all they could. However I do believe there was a lot of miscommunication.」
