“Generally good ,The room and the surrounding environment are clean and quiet, but there are mosquitoes in the room, and those shower gels, which are either not available or difficult to squeeze out.”

“The views were absolutely amazing and the food was to die for (especially all the staff and the chef at the Jasmine + special shout out to the guy that made the mushroom at Porto Fino. Our room was clean and gorgeous. We had the best concierge Benigno, who showed us around and made sure we always had all we needed. Will definitely be returning!”

“This is not representative of what I expected of a Hilton. The hardware is decent but the software is terrible. The hotel logistics was a mess, design and layout poor, service mediocre at best. Examples include the very very infrequent cars that travel between your hotel room and the main lobby where most of the facilities and restaurants were. Toilets in the common area were extremely dirty with pee on the toilet seat at most times. Although it was all inclusive, they do not serve alcoholic……

“The resort is very nice, huge area with big pools, very nice kids water park, my kids had a lot of fun there. Very nice and clean hotel, not only hotel the whole territory was always clean. The only thing I didn’t like is a food, the hotel should have more food available for smaller kids, more steamed vegetables, some soft meat for kids, mashed potatoes. But in general our vacation was very good, we enjoyed out stay there, ”
