“This is the worst 5-star all-inclusive experience our family had during christmas. We did not have hot shower for three nights and the room has been freezing cold. We informed the hotel the first night and they kept sending maintenance people without fixing it. And whats worse, they did not really care about our problems. Everytime I called them, I need to explain the situation again. And what I got is 'we will send someone to fix' ' the hotel is fully booked so not possible to change the room'……

“We knew after booking about the “under construction “ which we thought was about the swim up rooms. But we are on vacation and wanted to make the most of it. However, the vacation vibes were ruined due to the LOUD construction scene which was heavily consisted of jackhammer and concrete dust flying everywhere. The food is mediocre. The only place about this resort is the staff.”

“It was fun to stay at the pool, the drinks were very good, the food was good but could improve more. The beach was very dirty has a lot of sargassum sadly so beach not available. Overall it was great to travel with family. Kids had fun with the water slides but we really wanted enjoy the beach. 😕 I think if the price is right, we would come back.”

“The staff, especially at the buffet, was amazing and so helpful. I have food allergies and they were so wonderful in letting me know what I could eat and even requesting special food for me!!
The staff in the spa were also so incredible and helped make my experience so relaxing.
My room was comfortable and always clean, and I appreciate the details every day given to the room and its cleanliness. The shower was absolutely the most wonderful part, large and enjoyable.
