“Generally good ,The room and the surrounding environment are clean and quiet, but there are mosquitoes in the room, and those shower gels, which are either not available or difficult to squeeze out.”

“This is not representative of what I expected of a Hilton. The hardware is decent but the software is terrible. The hotel logistics was a mess, design and layout poor, service mediocre at best. Examples include the very very infrequent cars that travel between your hotel room and the main lobby where most of the facilities and restaurants were. Toilets in the common area were extremely dirty with pee on the toilet seat at most times. Although it was all inclusive, they do not serve alcoholic……

“This is my fourth stay at the Barcelo resort. The facility is beautiful and very comfortable. I'll definitely be coming back, thanks to their excellent service and great atmosphere! We were served every day by Helinda, Ismail, Belisario at Coco bar who were charming and very good professionals, making cocktails according to our preferences. The staff is friendly and the food is excellent. Book dinners in specialty restaurants very easy, We enjoyed the food in Mare Nostrum as well as in Tokio……

“Easy to find the transportation from the airport and the transfer was smooth; Food was absolutely awesome in every spot!; Great drinks; delightful & gracious staff; terrific music at The Guayacamas (sp?) Bar in the evening was a fun way to end each day... Will definitely be back! ”
