「This is not representative of what I expected of a Hilton. The hardware is decent but the software is terrible. The hotel logistics was a mess, design and layout poor, service mediocre at best. Examples include the very very infrequent cars that travel between your hotel room and the main lobby where most of the facilities and restaurants were. 「We loved this resort. Rooms were great, we booked two privileged level rooms. They were so clean. The staff were friendly. Food was delicious. Suggestion to be sure to book your reservations for dinner’s the night you get there for the whole time. We were able to get into three reservations. And we did have dinner one night at Beloved. We spent a day at each of the five pools. Loved the two swim up bars. Make sure to check the theatre schedule as we found the shows to also be worth it. Great...

「We had a great experience at Secrets Tulum. The room was impeccable and the service was top notch. We enjoyed the spa services, especially the hydrotherapy session. I would give the food 8/10, our favorite restaurants were Jasmine and Portofino. This resort's atmosphere was all about the chill vibes and relaxation; we loved evey minute of it. I would recommend this resort to family and friends. 」

「The Kids’ Club really stood up, the staff were nice and they had a good daily schedule for kids. Kids could also participate in theatre performances and dance in the evenings. My son really enjoyed participating.
