“This is the worst 5-star all-inclusive experience our family had during christmas. We did not have hot shower for three nights and the room has been freezing cold. We informed the hotel the first night and they kept sending maintenance people without fixing it. And whats worse, they did not really care about our problems. Everytime I called them, I need to explain the situation again. And what I got is 'we will send someone to fix' ' the hotel is fully booked so not possible to change the room'……

“Everything was good except for 2 things :
1) we went the last week of April and the seaweed at the beach was so much
2) a dinner reservation system was horrible, we arrived on a Sunday and immediately went to guest services to book our dinners for the week. The problem is nearly all of them were booked up for the week already even though this is during off-season, which was really surprising. We were able to get in at three of the restaurants during the weekday we had but the earliest……

“Room was immaculate, the property itself super beautiful & clean. The staff was amazing, they went above and beyond to make the best out of our stay. Restaurants were also very good , Jasmine & Grotto were my favorites. Highly recommend this resort & I will deff be back sometime in the future. ”

“I had a terrible experience with Expedia and Hard Rock Hotel Cancun.
I accidentally booked the wrong Hard Rock property, then realized my group was at a different location and booked the correct one. This left me with two reservations for the same night. Within minutes, I contacted Expedia to cancel the incorrect booking and request a refund.
After multiple follow-ups, I was told the hotel did not respond, and I was stuck paying nearly $600 for a reservation I booked by mistake. Expedia said……
