"Great location We booked a suite so had a large room with a patio however our friends who were travelling with us booked an ordinary room which was absolutely tiny with no where for a suitcase Staff could be friendlier and not one reception staff member cracked a smile in 5 days and were very abrupt and not particularly helpful Guy who brought the suitcases to the room which had been in storage starting making comments in Italian when leaving the room as my husband did not offer him a tip. "Visiting Italy is great of course but if you have had enough of their culture, the Rome Hilton is like being back in the USA. Large comfortable room with AIR CONDITIONING! Also we had one of our best meals at the hotel restaurant. "

"We were Pleasantly surprised that it was impecably clean and that the food was good for an airport hotel. The shuttle service is a winner and the desk staff are efficient and affable. Being able to get a good night sleep in a really comfortable, clean bed was a godsend. Keep up the good work. I would come back any day."

"Property was very nice and staff were helpful. Of course there aren’t many necessities around the property except for the airport, but it is to be expected. Airport shuttle was very convenient and cheap. We enjoyed our stay for a night!"

"Arriving the hotel is beautiful and nice open space. Dining options were ok. In rooms, I loved the layout. The bathroom is split in 2. Unfortunately there are no outlets in either, and slim in the room. I had no way to get ready. The hairdryer mounted only works a few minutes and shuts off. I used the other and it did the same. Our other room booked had no working AC and our family finally called us at 10:30pm to tell us the room was 80+ degrees. They called 3x and desk kept saying it was fine....

"Good location. Close to buses, trains and subway. Easy walk to get anywhere. Staff was nice. Breakfast every morning was good too."

"Modern hotel. Clean. Helpful friendly staff. There’s nothing wrong with the hotel itself. But, it is across from the train station and bus station. This makes it convenient for some but if you are there for sight seeing, you are not near the historic areas and traffic is horrible. We spent a lot of time and money moving through the city. For what it cost in cab fares or Uber you might want to put that money in a historic hotel near the sights. "

"Very close to the central rail station with plenty of restaurants close by. Breakfast was sufficient. Room had a small fridge but no tea or coffee making facilities and not many bathroom amenities provided."
