I really enjoyed the valet service. In truth I didn't enjoy the breakfast. It was quite small, and it was all carbohydrates. I have never seen a hotel that didn't at least have scrambled eggs. 「Excellent location to attractions, shops, restaurants, and beautiful views of Charleston Harbor and shaded parks to walk-through. Well appointed rooms. Bathrooms have plenty of vanity space. Rooms were lovely with lots of room to spread out and chairs to sit on to enjoy the beautiful views. Employees were cheerful & happy to please hotel guests. Been to Charleston numerous times & highly recommend this hotel. No noisy street traffic & guiet rooms.」

「The property was way more than I expected. All staff was really friendly and helpful. The amenities are wonderful. The staff my cleaning people great. How they interact with each individual was really impressive to me. They have a wine and cheese hour a cookie and milk hour and also their breakfast buffet was outstanding. 「Amazing hotel, with the most helpful and friendly staff I’ve ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Beautiful, clean rooms, excellent location within walking distance of everywhere you want to be. Such a great experience, I can’t imagine ever staying anywhere else in Charleston. We traveled with my 16 and 20 yr old and they loved it too. One suggestion: get Bacardi behind the bar, that Hilton Head rum was like drinking lighter fluid. Thank you!」
