「It was all fine other than the people booking our suppers and travel from to the airport. We showed up for suppers and werent booked even tho we did all the booking the first day. Then our van didnt show up for us at all on the last day.」

「Esta lindo y limpio 」

「Checked all the boxes. Loved the attention to removing seaweed. Service was great!」

「Did not like the Ultimate Club meeting took three hours instead of 90 minutes. After going through 4 different sales people and their managers. I got angry and demanded the meeting end. Also there were black ultimate shuddles every where on demand. The white customer shuttles were hardly ever seen. Even when staff called for one they sometimes did not show up. Very large property with minimal transportation assistance.」

「Muy mala comida」

「amazing hotel staff was super friendly loved every second of my stay🩷」

「The resort was amazing only tip is dont eat at the resosrts take a taxi in to the city of tulum food is much much cheaper outside the resort areas, most restaurants in the resort area charge $20 usd per taco, in central tulum tacos are $1.30 each but nomade is probably one of the most beautiful places I've ever been too would definitely come again」

「Place was nice but could’ve been kept better. I got probably over 30 mosquito bites because there was a gap in in the window that couldn’t be covered. The water and electric went out middle of the night before check out, and I found out because my cpap turned off and I couldn’t breathe. I couldn’t shower or brush my teeth. It was raining hard so in order to get to the front desk from my room I had to walk through ankle height water. It could’ve been easily fixed if they put a drain or something....

「The hotel’s cleanliness and maintenance were impeccable. We especially appreciated being able to communicate with the staff via WhatsApp at any time and how attentive they were to our needs throughout our stay. The price is definitely worth it, as the staff goes above and beyond to make the experience truly pleasant and enjoyable. The breakfast is great!」

「Great experience despite the enormous size of the resort」
