「酒店環境優美，自助餐選擇多，味道好。由於時間緊迫，我們為了逛酒店旁庭園，錯過了Yunessun,可惜。希望下次再有機會到訪，去Yunessun 暢玩」

「榻榻米好舒服，鋪床的感覺很像國小畢旅睡大通舖的感覺。服務人員都很有禮貌又熱心，下次來箱根還是會想住這間。 早餐就有點可惜，希望品項可以再多點，至少多個水煮蛋或是牛奶麥片之類的。」

「Very discreet and very quiet hotel (only 15 rooms). Room was big (good enough for three tatami with room to spare), has a small terrace with our own hot spring bath. It was a very relaxing experience soaking in the hot bath during the morning while enjoying the green mountain scenery. Location is a bit out of the way and up on a winding slope, but who cares, I didn’t feel the need to go out when I was there. 」

「酒店地理位置非常好。一出小田原站向左邊行去商店街很快就到。酒店雖然不是好大，但是性價比還是很高。內裏有微波爐、飲水機、飲料機、可以免費自己補充凍水。 酒店周圍附近有很多食店，便利店，非常之方便。 價錢合理，如果再次於小田原旅遊，會再入住。」

「The hotel room is comfort and our stay here is very happy. Just a recommendation, you may provide photo illustrate here to tell the wating area for the shuttle in the booking website also.」

「The service is good n the staff is friendly. We would like to visit them again in other time if possible. The only thing is the menu which has been fixed without any flexibility based on customer’s need.」

「Well maintained and classy hotel」

「It’s a wonderful hotel with spacious rooms. The traditional dinner was splendid while the breakfast buffet offers a great variety of food with some uncommon delicacies. The environment is also comfy with great views. It’s just that not so convenient in terms of its location. Takes a 10-min slightly uphill walk from the train station. Can be tiring in summer. However, shuttle bus service can be arranged in fact. Can ask for help with the arrangement at the information center on the ground floor...
