「Overall appearance is below average. This place could use maintenance virtually everywhere. The room wasn’t cleaned well and it showed, from the dirty food tray next to the microwave to the grime in the shower, to the white stains on the brown sofa, to the soiled carpet, the paint issues, green swimming pool water, and musty dirty smell in the room when you first enter the room. I rejected the first room and staff tried to get me to stay saying that smell was normal. The second room was...

「The TV in our room did not work and, as we had things to do we weren't gonna wait around to fix it with the help of a third party. So when we awoke the next morning and went to check out, I ask for some type of discount for having no working TV and they claimed an employee had marked the issue as solved and she claimed I'd have to get my refund from Expedia, which is who I made the booking room. I just accepted it but they should have been able to give me a discount, they're in the hospitality...

「This was my second time to stay at the Tru in Milord, OH. The room felt clean and I love the scent of their lemon hand soap and body wash. I'm not a huge fan of their offerings for breakfast, but you can find something that you like well enough. I will continue to choose this hotel when I'm in town.」
