「Got charged for something that I didn't do which is smoking no one smokes however tub was stained and nasty pool was dirty could not swim in it and the manager on day shift her check out horrible was trying to explain everything did nothing and had the worst customer service ever never would be back thanks refund me please」

「We have stayed there twice, both times for an upcoming surgery for our kid, the proximity to UAB Children's was most important to us, and once I totally forgot a dress, and they actually sent it to me via the mail!! How uncommon, but truly sweet of the staff. I have another trip upcoming at UAB Children's and will be booking with them again.」

「All was good. Bathroom sink had a leak which I didn't know about until I was getting ready to leave. Not a big deal for me. I did let front desk know.」
