“So the space was beautiful. Clean, spacious, comfy bed. Exactly as depicted, no parking as expected but that was made clear in the listing so no problem there. Check in instructions were clear and accurate. No problem getting in. The problem came when I tried to take a shower and the tub wouldn’t drain and then these little black particles started coming up from the drain. I messaged the property and never received a response. I ended up leaving early the next day to go home and wash up there.……

Property management was very unresponsive I had to wait 4 hours to get into my room was not provided any accommodations for the lost of the time but is being told there is no refund for late check ins when it’s was their fault.
