“clean rooms”

“Miscommunication regarding price and check in process. I was given a number to call to add a guest and the phone number didn’t work. The check in staff wasn’t helpful and I was given different quotes and no one could give me a straight answer. It took 2 days to fix a broken A/C in 2 of the rooms. Keep in mind it’s Cabo and it’s 90 degrees. I kept on getting the runaround with times it would be fixed. Our resort app wasn’t working or linking to our reservation. Without the app we couldn’t order a……

“Pueblo Bonito Montecristo is a truly extraordinary experience and value! Our party of six included two preteens. They loved the private pool included in our three bedroom villa. Our concierge, Kia, was an absolute delight. She explained, she executed and was charming throughout our stay. She made reservations, provided advice and generally guided our stay with zero bumps The villa was spotless and housekeeping was executed flawlessly and invisibly. Room service brought our requests with……

“Pool was cold, furniture dated and food quality for room service is poor”

“Great swim up bar! Staff was helpful and friendly and extremely accommodating.”

“Good hotel, nice view & facilities ”

“Casa Bella is within walking distance to many restaurants and shops.”

“Está agradable el lugar, te facilitan el acceso en cualquier horario, buen espacio en la recámara y equipada de manera correcta. El restaurante la comida es rica. Solo no está tan cómodo el salir o entrar de la alberca por el restaurante. Todo lo demás muy bien y cómodo”

“The room is clean. A terrace bar right outside my room. Quite convenient if you are lazy to walk out for drinks; you can just grab one at the bar. The noise doesn’t bother much coz the bar closes at 11pm. Good location, easy walks to the marina, shops, restaurants, bars, etc. The air-conditioner is noisy and filter needs to be cleaned though. Considering a hotel room on a budget, this is a very good choice.”

“We booked an all-inclusive package. Upon check-in, we were informed that dinner reservations were required. We specifically asked which restaurant served seafood and lobster in the evening, only to find out later that all lobster dishes came with an additional charge. The breakfast was a buffet, but the variety was quite limited. The only commendable aspect was the staff’s friendly and professional service. However, one downside is that all tourism-related personnel in the area, including hotel……

“房间里的设施太陈旧，淋浴花洒太差了。早餐太差，连最基本的面包都不供应。刚住的时候换了两次房，一次卫生间水池坏的，一次晚上噪音吵到半夜3点，最后换了个房间总算不吵了。性价比太差了，还不如住更便宜的。完全对不起万豪这个品牌。”

The hotel was clean, and the atmosphere was relaxing. I truly enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Los Cabos. Thank you for making my trip a great experience!”
