“Overall I initially had a pretty good impression of the hotel and enjoyed the stay at first. However, around 1 AM, I found a cockroach in the kitchen eating my snacks, and then found more cockroaches near the bedroom door, in the bathroom, by the kitchen sink, and in the closet. Unfortunately this made me very uncomfortable and concerned about the cleanliness of the room. Since there was no front desk available at that hour, there was no way to get immediate help or change rooms. After that it……

“Once you get to the location you can see how rundown it is. Not as neat as pictured at all. Microwave with stains and residue inside, dirty dirty grout, broken tiles, scraped paint on walls. The only plus was parking on site and proximity to the beach. See pics for details”

“No ice, and the sheets had hair on them and my little son had a bunch of bites on his legs from bugs in the bed in the second room. How can it be possible that the first room was a bunch of hair when the sheets were clean. And the ice issue made me uncomfortable, there wasn’t any cold water. The dining chairs full of peeling skin that even it was sticked to my clothes. These chairs *need* to be replaced they’re basically damaged. I didn’t like it a lot.”

“Room was very nice, clean, decorative, and accommodated all our needs. Balcony view was beautiful... Def be back for another stay!!!”
