“Overall I initially had a pretty good impression of the hotel and enjoyed the stay at first. However, around 1 AM, I found a cockroach in the kitchen eating my snacks, and then found more cockroaches near the bedroom door, in the bathroom, by the kitchen sink, and in the closet. Unfortunately this made me very uncomfortable and concerned about the cleanliness of the room. Since there was no front desk available at that hour, there was no way to get immediate help or change rooms. After that it……

“The property was nice and comfortable. The room had plenty of towels and wash cloths. The location was perfect. My only complaint was the floor should be swept and mopped after each guest. The woman at the front desk was awesome!”

Directions on how to find the room were a little lacking, I would recommend providing a map to help with directions. The people we spoke with for help seemed a little put out with our questions but they help us as much as they needed to.
