「The host was very communicative and thorough! We stayed during cold weather and appreciated the heated room, and the hot tub was so nice to use at the end of a long day! Extra blankets were provided too, which helped as we left the heat off the first night.The neighborhood was quiet and safe, which was a coveted asset!The host also left some chocolates which was a nice surprise and something I haven't seen with other VRBO stays.The only constructive feedback would be to stock the amenities...

「William was friendly, prompt and courteous in accommodating us, and the lodging was private, quiet/peaceful and provided everything we needed to be comfortable. Convenient yet tucked away in a pleasantly upscale, quaint neighborhood, much prefer this experience over a hotel! We arrived late at night but it was easy to find, we had a large parking spot just steps from the well lit path/door. Accommodations were just as described and felt clean and safe. Thank you for hosting us, William! 」

「My husband and I took a quick 4 day trip to the area. We’ve been coming to this area for years with our kids and still now as empty nesters. The Casita met our needs to a tee. The pictures online were to a tee in person as well. It was clean and so charming. Wendy the property manager kept in contact with us through out the stay and was quick to respond to our messages from beginning to end. I would highly recommend the casita. Thanks you for everything.」
