"The pictures are deceiving. What I thought was going to be a suite was actually 2 rooms with a conjoining door. There is not a lot to do at the hotel, no swim up bars, and you can only access all of the restaurants if you pay for the upgraded "preferred" guest. The hotel itself is clean and nice, just not at all what I expected from pictures. It is fairly small for being a resort."

"This hotel is the best, the staff is very kind and helpful, i sature 2 nights and i have nothing but good memories, the pool and the activities they have were really good, there is many things to do, the room was very nice and super clean, the food and drinks were AMAZING and also something that’s not very common in hotels, the gym was incredible with every machine you can imagine, it’s the best hotel I’ve stayed for sure 10/10."

"If you want a place to just sleep, then this is the place . But if you plan to eat here don’t ! The food is not good. I have stayed in many hotels in Cancun and all the hotels I’ve stayed in the pass were all wonderful. I was very very disappointed about the food very! Over all The hotel is pretty,clean very nice staff, but the food is a NOOO! I will not be coming back to this hotel. If im paying for an all inclusive hotel I expect the food to be good. We were a group of 5 and we were all disappointed!"
