"Overall, a positive experience. Check-in was only a few minutes. The room was spacious & clean. The Buffet was one of the best complimentary breakfast's I've ever had; with plenty of selection and the breakfast sausages & home fries were hot. We used the complimentary shuttle to drop us off before & after the Blue jackets game. I highly recommend the Hyatt Place Columbus /OSU over some of the overpriced hotels in the downtown core. Your money goes farther at the Hyatt and all staff were great!"

"From start to finish, my stay was nothing short of amazing. Liz at the front desk was incredibly kind and exceeded all expectations for hospitality. Her customer service truly reflects the care taken in vetting the staff. Thank you, Liz. As if that wasn’t enough, the outstanding breakfast staff sealed the experience. Demetria and Sonji were exceptional and so pleasant and full of light and character, which made the stay even more enjoyable. Even the housekeeping staff greeted me warmly in passing and wished me a Happy New Year. The level of care and professionalism across the entire team is truly something to be proud of.
