“En la habitación 2417, a menudo escucho el sonido del limpiador de al lado moviendo sillas y camas por la mañana. El sonido es muy fuerte y el piso no está insonorizado, lo que me despierta. Además, el limpiador no lee el Señal de perturbación que pongo en la habitación y entra directamente, es muy ruidosa, nos despierta de nuestros dulces sueños. Los hoteles deben capacitar al personal de limpieza para que sean cuidadosos con las sillas y las camas, no las arrastren violentamente y presten……

“I love everything about this hotel. The staff, the food my overall experience at the Hilton Rose Hall was exceptional. ”

“I would this resort a 7/10. The food is okay and tuff to get a spot as it is first come first serve. The breakfast was amazing. The room was dated but the beds were very comfortable. Staff was awesome treated you like a family member which I love always joking around and having a great time to. Drinks are amazing ask for a dirty mudslide. You will not regret it. To get a dinner sitting i recommend going 15/20 minutes before to get online. Also take a drive into down town and visit the locals and……

“Everyone that we dealt with from David the manager that was on top of trying to help us out anyway he could. The servers we had different ones since we went in a group for our cousin’s wedding they were all great. The cleaning lady that I didn’t get her name was so helpful and nice always asking what was needed as well as Josefa and Fabiola that did the entertaining part by the pool they were great. The hotel had a little bit of everything which was excellent for adults and kids. Overall enjoyed……

“Took for ever to get our room at check in, then when we got there the AC was not working and took forever to change our room went through 3 different people before we got a change of room...unbelievable!”

“Rooms are basic but clean…some areas very loud as it is next to main street. Lobby and outside area are lovely.”
