“Stayed in the little apartment for a short visit to Phoenix. It was exceptionally well updated, super clean and well appointed. The bed was very comfortable, shower was exceptionally large and the little kitchen was a nice option. I would say the apartment is about the size of a large suite like hotel room and was fantastic for just me and would even be nice for a couple. The location was good as it was right off the freeway, but it was a bit noisy at night, although not disruptively so. The……

“The location was ideal. Apartment layout was fine for our 17-day stay. Floors were dirty and toilets not well cleaned. We immediately saw that the bath faucet was missing a its handle (how could this be missed during cleaning?) and the kitchen lacked coffee pot and sufficient dishes and silverware. We reported this and they were provided the next day. However, on the second day the kitchen faucet gave out. We messaged every day and only got what appeared to be AI responses, but no resolution.……

“Loved the downtown location, and the building and apartment were very nice. The included linens and dishes were basic, but sufficient. Included soap and shampoo, laundry detergent, and dish soap. We would definitely stay here again.”

“This was my first time making a reservation through VRBO, I have some complaints about them, but this property was good. As someone who lives in the middle of nowhere the noise of the city was certainly present but they were nice enough to supply ear plugs. The bed was comfortable, the shower was great. The host communicated well through the app and supplied a very detailed note about the property. I would recommend staying here. ”
