"Mr. Hau and his family were really kind and hospitable. The room was clean as shown, we had a small issue with our in room AC unit, but that got resolved with using the proper "mode". Our host was always available in honoring our requests like fixing the AC issue, laundry and bedding cleaning, new towels, more TP. We were there during TET holiday and our hosts made dinner for their guests which was such a delicious and kind gesture! Also because of this reason, we were met with daily karaoke...

"Started off good in communication, but became a bit slow in effective and constructive replies. Had the baby crib requested, but no other amenities. They charge for extra bottle water or towels or a baby high chair, which is different from usual hotels and not so friendly. Their 3 kinds of breakfasts provided were not so great in quality, overflavored. The room was much smaller than anticipated based on the pictures, the supposedly quiet riverside was impacted by a busy schedule of tourist boat tours with very loud music and a primary/ infant school on the other side. "Good location for a small family for a getaway from the hustle. It has its own pool and 5 min walking distance to the beach and restaurant. They provide shuttle service for anybody that has kids as well. Communication was very speedy 👍. Price was well worth it to me. I'd say here if you don't plan on visiting da nang but want to visit Hoi an. There's are no close markets nearby so best to buy your groceries snacks or drinks before you arrive."

"Perfect for a family holiday. Pool was amazing and a paddle boards and canoes available for the pool and beach. Service in the restaurants though could have been better."

"The staff at this location is amazing. Once you pull up to the hotel, you greeted by a doorman who escort you to the front desk. Once at the front desk, you were efficiently checked in. While standing at the front desk, you will be provided a nice cold nonalcoholic drink to what your whistle. I was then escorted to the elevator and up to my room and give a tour of the room by the doorman. On the 29th floor there is an infinity pool, which is amazing. The interesting thing about breakfast is a few of my days I was considered a VIP which allowed me to have my buffet breakfast and a quiet setting. Shortly into my stay my rate changed and I continued to get free breakfast, but it was in a large dining room, same quality food same quality service. The only difference was peace and quiet and loud noisy breakfast. I am enjoying my stay here and highly recommend this hotel. Transportation to and from the airport was seamless since I used their charter service in the Private van to pick me up, I could have waited two hours to catch the airport shuttle but chose to get to the hotel as soon as possible after an over 28 hour day."

"Beautiful views and nice staff. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Would have liked the pool tiles to have been grouted, it’s uncomfortable and more cleanliness around the pool, ash trays full and empty drinks not being attended to. This is a very busy hotel, at no fault of its own, so be ready for lots of activity in and around the building."

"Just finished 10 nights at Stella Maris, had an amazing time, the staff are amazing and is by far the biggest highlight of the hotel. We paid extra for a high level room and were placed on the 14th floor, room was lovely and cleaned exceptionally well every day. There is some noise from outside, both traffic and building noise but being on the 14th floor did help. The pool and rooftop bar were fantastic, staff always happy to help, brining drinks over to your sun lounger and nothing was ever too much to ask. Breakfast was another highlight, lots of choice for every nationality available and everything was fresh and replenished throughout the morning. The free airport transfers and couples massage was a very nice touch offered by the hotel. Overall highly recommend this hotel, can assure you that you will have an amazing stay."
