「Das Zimmer war sehr schlecht isoliert, unter der Eingangstür 1cm Spalt, an den Fenstern ein paar Millimeter, es hat durchgezogen. Wir haben die Bettdecke an die Tür gelegt. Das Personal war sehr freundlich, brachte einen extra elektronischen Heizkörper. Im Bad könnt man damit leider nicht heizen, da gab es keine Steckdose, also immer nach dem Duschen frieren, hab mich direkt erkältet. Vom Hotel wurde eine Abholung am Flughafen für uns organisiert, das hat hervorragend geklappt! 」

「The room is clean and cosy. However, the ventilation is bad if the window is closed. Also, the noise from the other room was heard. Staff there are very nice, coca tea was provided at checkin and the room is available even before checkin time. There are only limited food choices for breakfast. However, packed breakfast is available if need to leave early.」

「Way to go! My family of 4 (with two young kids) really enjoyed the apartment because of the location and quiet home-like feel. Everything in the city was perfectly walkable: the local market, bakeries, coffee shops, the main plaza, Sacsayhuaman. We found it to be an ideal base for exploring and we felt very safe. The apartment was clean. Some of our favorite things were 1.) the endless hot water tank, which meant great showers 2.) the rooftop deck, which we had access to, had a wonderful view...

「fair room feature, poor service. fair breadfast. there was one night room with no water at 8pm, went down to reception to ask is problem in my room, and wait for 30 mins still no feedback, and have to go down to reception to ask again, and finally said it is the city issue, entire street with no water until next day 4am, i was shocked since not even have water to flush toilet and ask if there bottle water provided, reception only said she need ask boss then also no feedback again. please train...

「Our experience was not great. The hotel advertised free transportation between the hotel and the airport, but this is not the case and they simply direct you to take a taxi.
