“Sehr unfreundliches Personal, Internet war ausgefallen u. allen männlichen Angestellten war das egal und machten nichts. Nur die Dame von der Rezeption war bemüht und besorgte uns nach langer zeit einen neuen Router. Wir hatten Zimmer mit 2 Schlafzimmer/Bäder aber Schlafzimmer sind ohne Fernseher, winzig u. unerträglichen Schimmelgeruch!!!! Keine Zimmerreinigung obwohl bei Expedia so angegeben! Toilettenpapier muss man sich selber kaufen! wir waren richtig froh diesen Resort wieder zu verlassen……

“Family friendly, staff very nice and friendly, 3 pools to choose from only one of them was 2 days not clean good/enough. Apartment was very good, nice amazing view, but the couches in the living room were dirty and we cover them with the white bed sheets. We had a lot of towels , even for beach but we supposed to ask to come and change them, if not not sure when was the schedule for that. Elevator not working for more than 5 days and supposed to carry all the luggages and groceries, we stood 10……

“The place was almost perfect with the listing. We sent a message before arrival to make sure they had luggage storage after checkout and to have 24hr service reception this is why we booked it and the hotel confirmed with a message. Once arrival, the receptionist was very nice and friendly and we asked again about luggage storage and said they do have it and wouldn’t be an issue also said will respond when needed but we never really got replies back from her the next day. When checkout we went……

“The bathroom was a mess each time you take a bath the water runs to the floor and goes directly to the bedroom they should change how they do the bathroom”

“Very bad customer service experience, I was charged half the amount when booking and still was told to pay in cash the total amount plus extras The property refused to send a receipt despite multiple requests. I don’t recommend this property.”

“It’s in a nice beachfront location. The back is not a good view. One of the owners was very rude. We barely had any sleep because of the noise.”
