“The dress code is out- dated and ridiculous. We had to pay $20 per day to park 4 blocks away, and had to take a key fob back to the hotel each time after getting the car.
No water in the rooms, and our tv would shut off and on every 30 seconds when we tried to watch a football game.
When checking out, they didn't even ask how our stay was!
This place was a nightmare, stay anywhere else!”

“The hotel was lovely. The room was beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The welcome cookes were a nice treat.Everything was good apart from the breakfast. As a gluten free customer I felt underwhelmed by my choices. No bakery items for me to enjoy. The eggs and potatoes were good, but the slice of gf bread was not, nor was I able to have the sausage. I enjoyed the little fruit salad.
More concerning to me was the young dining room assistant who didn't understand the meaning of gluten……

“Very accommodating to early check in request. A very cosy little cottage just a tiny bit on the small side. Two suitcases - not a lot of space to have them both open. Very clean, great area - peaceful and beautiful grounds - views were lovely. Would def stay there again if in Victoria. Was not able to take advantage of the breakfast unfortunately, but the menu looked delicious!”

“Terrible! This property is sadly neglected and has unacceptable aesthetic, and maintenance deficiencies. Our dingy room featured a worn-out mattress, shabby furnishings, peeling wallpaper, scruffy well-worn paint. The bedding was discoloured and heavily wrinkled.
