「Service was excellent and super efficient. Our butler Rubisel was very attentive, friendly and professional. He really went above and beyond to help us. My husband wanted a gin bottle but since the room does not have a bottle of gin, Rubisel got us a glass of gin from the bar and delivered it to our room personally.
