「There was an issue with the room and the frond desk attendance was rude and not willing to help. Blame Expedia and I had to escalate to management to be able to get a satisfactory solution.」

「We will definitely stay here again! We loved the newness, cleanliness, adequate space and comfortable beds. The location was perfectly situated right across the gulf, with its own private beach entrance! The pool and hot tub were clean and the bonus was the splash pad for the kids! We are very pleased with Alerio! 」

「Loved our time in Seaside but the property was dirty. I sent two emails stating the issue and the fact that I did not want to leave a review. Two weeks later and still no contact back from Cottage Rental. Come on guys - you are better organization than that....」
