「This is a delightful place. The staff is wonderful. The building is charming」

「地點理想，泊車方便，附近有多個飲食地方，但员工態度有點傲慢，冇空调，如遇熱浪便不好了，且性價比不高」

And unlike many hotels they have a full suite of Spa facilities (pool, jacuzzi (incl outside), steam room and sauna) However Issues: 1. Reception staff are a little stone faced. 「nice hotel although looking a little "tired"」

「We were here for a wedding. Everything ran like clockwork and the staff couldn't have been more helpful. One word of warning, if you have mobility issues make sure you are on a floor serviced by a lift」

「不錯👍值得推薦！下次還會入住。」

「Will recommend to friend」

「Harrogate is a nice place to visit. And Yorkshire is well located in front of nice greening and very handy to a lot of shops and restaurants. The breakfast is very nice with nice view. I would definitely want to come visit again 」
