「Find another website… Expedia was unhelpful, my protection plan didn’t protect me, and I couldn’t get a refund or assistance with my issue. I called the hotel staff directly. The manager, Dom, was extremely helpful even though I started off being rude after dealing with the incompetence of Expedia. Word to the wise, the protection plan doesn’t protect anything, it’s a waste of money. My flight changed from 1700 arrival to 0100 the next day. I was meeting my kids who drove to the at the hotel...

「Staff was courteous, bed was comfortable. I was concerned that the perimeter doors to the hotel did not lock as they we supposed to.」

「Bathrooms & Bedrooms were clean. Only issue, minor, need to update the A/C units in the room. Family member had an adjustable temp for the A/C unit, where mine was just a basic one that ran all night. 」

「I thought the staff were fantastic. It was great to have a restaurant and bar on site. I also liked the accessibility of the parking. I have some mobility challenges and the parking on the side of the building was very convenient. One thing I would caution anyone in the room with the tubs. Beware the bottom of the tub is very slippery.」
