"The hotel was clean, well updated rooms, staff were good and friendly. Housekeeping staff did a great job too👍. However it would be best if the site offered free parking to the residents. It just didn’t make sense to pay 25$ for parking daily. The pool also closed quite early at 9pm, it would be best if the pool hours were extended. Besides that, the overall stay was good!"

"The hotel was clean, quiet, and in a great location. The beach is only a block away and lots of options to shop and dine within walking distance; to include a Harris Teeter behind the parking lot. The breakfast was good and we really enjoyed the biscuits with gravy. Besides the bathroom water leak which was not addressed during out stay, everything was great. Will definitely return when in the area!"

"All in all, my stay was a good one with zero complaints. The staff was so nice, both at the front desk, and in the restaurant. Very attentive and accommodating! The location was perfect! Quiet, uncrowded, and easy to get to. It's in North VB so way more residential. I had an ocean view and it was perfect. The property looked pretty decent on the surface but if you looked a little closer, you noticed that it's needs help. (A note about parking...if you park in ground level of the garage, your car will get "ashy" from whatever is sprayed onto the ceiling. I have no idea what it was but I moved my car outside.) I did not feel there was anything of note on the exterior or common areas. All seemed clean and maintained. The journey to the room and elevators were the same. Because the indoor pool is right by this area, if was a little dicey with wet floors but it wasn't super bad. The room was clean and everything worked well. Here is where you notice the little things. A couple outlets were sketchy...especially the one by the room sink. The furniture was laminate and peeling or warped at the corners and along the side. There was some rusting near the AC unit and the windows/glass door were a bit "foggy". I imagine all these things are are near impossible to keep perfect with salt and sea nearby. I would definitely go back and stay here! It was affordable, had friendly staff, restaurant on site was what you would expect on pricing, but the food was good and had good portions!"

"I’ve stayed at several hotels at VA beach over the years and this one was one of the better ones. We arrived early and the front desk was very nice, got out numbers, gave us WiFi, and allowed our large group to use the breakfast area to hang out until they were ready. Parking was easy, the rooms were large and clean and housekeeping happily gave us extra towels when asked. The continental breakfast was varied and delicious- big fan of the strawberry waffles and omelets. And of course, direct access to the beach! The indoor pool was clean and a bonus. There is an on site restaurant but we did not use."
