“Sadly we only had a short stay and didn't get to take advantage of the wonderful amenities available to us between our short stay and rain. The grounds were lovely, the room was clean and well sized, everything was as advertised. There is a lot to do on site including daily scheduled activities. We would choose to stay here again if we return to the area.”

“The location was great, however, it seems like an older building so the elevator took very long. The AC in the living room was extremely loud, shower head had a leak, curtain stained, and our feet were dirty instantly after a shower.”

“Clean cabin and nice staff members. I didn't like that we didn't have the pillows and the comforters ( but got informed about it before the trip ). Our cabin was by the railway so it was super loud, I couldn't sleep. The bathroom is not connected to the cabin ( and I also knew about it before coming to the place). My husband said the men's bathroom smelled absolutely horrible. ”

“The cabin pictured and advertised on Expedia was NOT what was actually booked. The pictures showed and total different set up including bunk beds and a full bath and kitchen which were not in the actual cabin when we arrived. The pond that’s in the background was not anywhere near the cabin they put us in. The cabin you see on Expedia is not what you actually stay in. ”

“This is the place to stay if you're into more traditional quiet cottages rather than big standard hotels. Angie's is so cute and cozy! The beds are very comfortable and everything extra clean. On top of that Steve Sr. is a hoot! And his dog Shredder is a sweetheart. We could talk forever with Steve and learn the history and interesting facts about the community. So much fun! Also great location, next to the beach and board walk and great restaurants. Loaded up on oysters. We will come back here……

“Parking was terrible no coffe filters for in room.coffee maker, we called and asked for lower floor we got 8th floor not low, had a hard time getting key to open room and coffee in lobby was only available certain hours and front desk was super slow thought about leaving early that's how bad it was room was crampy feeling and air was back and forth cold and hot instead of the temp.we set it on couldn't talk to front desk due to them.talking with others and taking their time engaging with people……

They refused to issue a full refund, and there was a complete lack of communication. No one took accountability, and now, five days later, I'm still trying to obtain the remainder of my refund. “Wonderful communication with property owner, comfortable beds and amenities like a welcome basket with snacks/bottle water/juice was an added bonus. Very clean throughout and easy to follow check-in and out instructions. Only minor complaint is that the air conditioner for the upstairs room was off upon arrival, so the room was quite hot when we arrived near 8pm at night. Would definitely stay again as we were close walk to the beach and local food spots. ”

“My wife and I wanted to explore the NN region and started with Urbanna at this lovely house. Urbanna is charming and the house has a secluded, yet connected feel to the town. The view in the listing is understated -- it is fabulous. The house was well set up for weekenders and I can't think of anything I would change. This was an October stay, so temps were perfect and humidity was low. We plan to come back if possible!”
