“We had a wonderful stay.”

“I have stayed at this hotel before and had a good experience, which is why I was surprised by the condition of my room during this stay. While the property is relatively new, the room did not appear to have been properly cleaned before my arrival. There was a dirty towel left in the room, stains on the sheets, chips on the floor, and the toilet was not clean. After I called the front desk, staff responded quickly and cleaned the toilet, which I appreciated. However, the stained sheets and……

“Pictures make it look way better than it looks. Water pressure in the shower was terrible. A lot of people at the lion were loud and screaming.”

“This hotel was great. Very cute and comfortable. There was an issue with the AC but the staff was very responsive and helpful. The bowling alley with restaurant was decent and just a short walk there and back. I will definitely stay here again.”

“The manager is extremely courtous and helpful. We had a situation while staying there and the manager aggressively attended to the situation and resolved it beyond our satisfaction.”

“Management was intrusive and knocked on our door loudly asking to come in and look for a lost key from the previous tenant. That should have been handled before we were given the room. After a long drive, this was the last thing we wanted to deal with. I let it slide because I was exhausted, but the experience was unacceptable. I wouldn’t recommend staying here — look elsewhere”

“Parking was great - right outside our room. The check-in process was quick and easy and friendly. The decor in the room is a little tired, there was no ice in the ice machine and we couldn’t get any water from the bathroom taps but the bed was comfortable and we had a good nights sleep.”

“The rooms have a deck or patio off of them. We had breakfast delivered to our room every morning and we ate and enjoyed the beautiful views. I have a dairy allergy and they were very accommodating. Breakfast was delicious. We were visiting to see our daughter who works in the area. We went white water rafting with All Outdoors and that was a lot of fun. We also visited Lava Cap winery which also has nice views. We also enjo yed their wine.”

“It was passable, but don't set your expectations very high. The carpet didnt lay flat, and the flooring by the tub curling up. It's seen better days. The breakfast is only a prepackaged Svenhard's Danish. No prepared coffee with breakfast so you have to make it yourself in the room with the small machine. Next time we go wine tasting in the area we'll be looking for something a little better.”
