“We stayed here for 5 days and from the time we walked in everything was great and the staff was so helpful! Especially the gentleman at the desk Moe! From getting us a rollaway bed, to giving recommendations when it rained and we had to pivot our plans. He was so personably and truly cared about us as guests! House keeping was wonderful and we especially loved the breakfast! Lots of options and even gluten free for my son who has celiac disease! They had GF bagels,muffins and all! Coffee was……

“One dude of the property is beside a fast food and ice cream bar and for some reason they play music extremely loud our first morning it was 8.45am the second morning was 8am it was quite disturbing and took away any tranquil feeling I had and wanted. Our third morning I don’t know what time they started as we left the night before so we could sleep in and not be woken by loud music. Our room number was 114 avoid it if you don’t like to hear loud music.”

“I was very disappointed with my stay at The Shore House. The room service was poor, and the housekeeping staff was unprofessional. When I asked for the bed sheets to be changed, the maids rolled their eyes, spoke to each other in Spanish, and made me feel like I was inconveniencing them instead of helping a guest.
