“Nice room, nice reception.”

“The staff made us feel exceptionally welcome. We arrived early on a Sunday morning and though our room was not ready (nor did we expect it to be!) we were offered a complimentary hot beverage (coffee, tea). After a long international flight and customs line, this was such a treat. The front desk texted once our room became available (bags already delivered to our room!) and was always ready with an umbrella due to the rainy weather. Our room was quite spacious and exquisitely decorated.……

“The hotel is charming and in a great location on L'ile St Louis. Our room was very comfortable. I wish we had more than one night there and I would love to go back. The front desk staff was fine. Other staff were friendlier. ”

“Everything about the property was perfect. Staff was so helpful and friendly, the location is so quiet and serene. My only "issue" was that my converter wasn't compatible with the outlet in my room; when I started to ask where I could purchase one on a Sunday I was presented with a basket of options to choose from.”

“Wifi worked really well, bed was comfy on 6th floor. The elevator was perfect if you have big luggage. Staff was friendly as well, and helped coordinate a taxi pickup for our travel day back to airport. Location is also close to many cafes and restaurants plus tourist attractions. Depending on what metro line you could be a quick 3 min or max 11 min away from hotel. Overall, happy with our stay and loved location to everything, thank you!”

“I stayed in a 'Garden Access' room during this trip, which features a fully accessible path suitable for individuals with disabilities—definitely a positive aspect. However, I noticed that the booking details indicated a room size of 16-22 m². The allocation between the bedroom and bathroom seemed quite unbalanced, approximately 30% to 70%, which was a bit surprising. Additionally, it’s important to note that 'garden access' refers to ground floor rooms. Just a heads-up for anyone considering……

“I would leave my room for the day and come back at 4pm and it hadn’t been cleaned. Then went to dinner and came home at 10 and it still never was cleaned the whole day. Happened another time all day. Terrible.”
