"Great place, happy time, clean, quiet"

"Everything was beyond my expectations. The property is gorgeous. Super clean, updated, warm and cozy. Communication was amazing too. Super close to lake and town. This would be my only go for all my Big Bear trips."

"Thank you! This is such a terrific place to stay!"

"Soooo we arrived on day 1 to find the cabin hadn't been cleaned after the last occupants. Mildew towels on the carpet, etc. After a series of calls, the cleaning crew came in the evening. Soooo on day 2 we returned from a fun day of activities to find a very nice young family had moved in and were occupying the cabin. Yes, double-booked. After another series of calls and texts, they were relocated. Sooo on day 3 we were told the cabin owner was stopping by to get his boat key while we were out...

"The tile project slowed us down as we were afraid we’d cut our feet until they were replaced them. Seems like we should have been compensated as they knew they were broken before our arrival!"

"The accommodations were clean and comfortable. Good location near the lake and close enough to the village shops and restaurants. "

"Everything about my stay here was perfect."

"The furniture was very dusty including tv console and plants everything was as if it hadn’t been cleaned in years. Very cracking screeching floors and old stained carpets. Unfortunately it was very dated all the furniture was run down. Couches were uncomfortable and old. Bed was uneven and just overall very poorly kept."

The recommendations for things to do and places to eat were very helpful in putting together an itinerary. Host was amazing and accommodating every step of the way! "

"Came with a family of four and had a great stay. Really close to boulder bay, pool was clean and fun, and the place was exactly as listed. Comfortable, clean, and had what we needed for our stay. The hosts communicated quickly."

"Well equipped kitchen. Comfortable beds and great TV options available!Desert Falls is a great community with lots of pickleball courts."

The cupboards are full of the owners “personal” items and very unkept/disorganized. The fridge and dishwasher appear to be newer but the stove was an older electric unit. The unit itself was furnished with older furniture and...
