We invite you to experience the magic of Isla Mujeres, a tropical paradise where Caribbean charm mixes with natural beauty. Your experience at Residencial La Diosa is about to begin, where comfort and luxury meet in an exceptional setting. The prime location allows you to immerse yourself in the mesmerizing beauty of Punta Sur.

condo you will have 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, living room, dining room, a parking space and a common pool. The ocean view is spectacular from the living room, master bedroom and balcony!

Our condo at La Diosa Residences is newly built and equipped with the most modern amenities

Located in a very quiet gated street, with 24 hour security. Just two blocks from the best snorkeling spot Garrafón de Castilla and Parque el Garrafón, as well as the southern point of the island PUNTA SUR, where you can go enjoying both the sunrise and sunset or talking about a walk along the trail overlooking the sea where you can see and photos of the lighthouse and sculptures along the way.
The neighborhood has great restaurants to enjoy live music, drinks, and an international menu like THE JOINT. It is a 10-minute drive from the ferry station and Punta Norte.
We offer our guests an optional yacht shuttle service from Cancun to the island and an optional tour of the entire island. You can ask us about the costs of these optional services.

The island is in total 11km you can easily get around.

Perfect Isla Condo

The condo was a perfect place for our adult kids to stay during our family trip. Several of us stayed at a house across the street and having the condo for the younger adults was a perfect way to accommodate them for a less expensive stay with all the amenities and clean, comfortable place to sleep.
